Junior Elly Wagner, a graduate of the Fox Chapel Area High School, was named as a National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-America Scholar Athlete for the 2014 season.The honor requires all recipients to have achieved a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the year.
Ally graduated from Fox Chapel High School early a semester early and enrolled at North Carolina. At Fox Chapel she started all three years in varsity softball and basketball. She finished her junior season with a .571 batting average
