For three decades, Bryan Deal was coaching or recruiting football players.
Now, Deal spends his free time on a golf course. The best part? He’s years away from retirement.
The former Pitt recruiting coordinator and Fox Chapel football coach has found new life as the Foxes’ golf coach.
“For 30-some years, I didn’t know there was a fall,” said Deal, 56. “Your focus is on football 24-7. It wears on you, especially when you’re not winning.”
