McKeesport used its size and speed to gain the upper hand on the Foxes. After surrendering the first two points of the game, McKeesport did not trail again.
But Fox Chapel never went away, twice cutting McKeesport’s lead to three points late in the fourth quarter.
Billy Urso was key in Fox Chapel’s near comeback. The senior finished with a game-high 22 points to go with eight rebounds and five assists.
Senior Jack Lundy had 12 rebounds for the Foxes.
