Fox Chapel cross country runner Colin Martin, the WPIAL Class AAA champion, placed 12th out of 172 runners at the Foot Locker Indoor National Northeast Regional Cross Country Meet on Nov. 30, 2013 at Van Cortlandt Park in New York City. He finished with a time of 15 minutes, 58.2 seconds, and narrowly missed qualifying for the national championship meet in December.
