New Girl’s Basketball Coach

Jennifer Joyce O’Shea will be taking over the reins of the Fox Chapel girls basketball team this winter.

She brings an impressive resume to the court.

O’Shea played point guard at Carlynton and scored more than 1,500 points. She then attended Washington & Jefferson and was selected to the All-Presidents’ Athletic Conference team.

From 2009-13, she served as an assistant coach for her father, Tim, at Bishop Canevin. The Crusaders won the WPIAL and PIAA Class AA championships in 2013. Prior to that, she was head coach at Brentwood for four years.
