The Fox Chapel boys tennis team began its season with a 5-0 win over Hampton on March 15.
At No. 1 singles, Robby Shymansky defeated Ted Donegan, 6-1, 6-0.
Neil Bencherif defeated Tim Miller, 6-0, 6-0 at No. 2 singles and Jared Nord blanked Mike Hoff, 6-0, 6-0, at third singles.
In No. 1 doubles Kurran Singh and Jay Kashap beat Tanner Merigliano and Ben Caplan, 6-4, 6-1, and at No. 2 doubles, Tomi Fennell and Lucas Fennell topped Sai Kondesetti and Matt Grubi, 6-1, 6-2.
The Foxes made it two in a row March 16 as they shut out North Allegheny, 5-0. Shymansky, Sidd Rajupet and Bencherif won in singles. Nord combined with Tomi Fennell to win at first doubles while Singh and Kashup prevailed in three sets at No. 2 doubles.
