After a one-year absence from the ice due to a player shortage in 2012-13, the Fox Chapel hockey team returned last winter and posted four victories.
Coach Rick Villani is confident that the number of wins will increase this year as the PIHL season gets underway this week.
“We are looking to improve that win total,” he said. “But considering we just put a varsity team on the ice after an extended absence, I was pleased with what we did last year.”
