The Fox Chapel boys and girls track teams are preparing for the upcoming season and coach Tom Moul is optimistic about what is to come.
“We have some good athletes and good leadership coming back,” he said.
On the boys side, senior Mike Bove should be a key performer. He recently accepted a scholarship to attend Duquesne University and he will run track for the Dukes next year.
“We’re looking for him to run well this season. He had a strong indoor track season,” Moul said.
Bove competed at the indoor state championships at Penn State last month and set a personal record in the 800.
“He’ll focus on the 800 but will also run the 1,600,” Moul said.
