Congratulations to the field hockey team on their perfect season! The team, which had an overall record of 18-0, has advanced to the WPIAL semi-finals and will play Pine Richland High School at 7 p.m., Wednesday, October 28. The game will be held at Fox Chapel Area High School James M. Burke Stadium.
“For a team to have a perfect record in both conference and non-conference games is almost unheard of, especially because they purposely sought out games with some of the toughest teams in the region” says Michael O’Brien, FCASD athletic director. “We hope the student body will show their support and come to the game next week.”
